We prefer to scan before opening or after closing so the floor stays presentable. For showrooms where after-hours access is difficult, we plan around quieter hours with our scan team working around visible-customer traffic.

The core scanning workflow is identical. The difference is the editorial — furniture and lighting floors reset more often, so the engagement is typically a master agreement with scheduled rescans rather than a one-time scan.
