As-built documentation captures the finished home in its delivered state. We scan after final cleaning and before keys exchange. The result is a permanent navigable record the owner can keep for the life of the home.

Every finished room, mechanical room, exterior elevation, and yard feature. Closet interiors, garages, and basements included by default.
Three ways to navigate the record
The same tour ships with three navigation modes — Inside View for a walkthrough, 3D Dollhouse for the whole envelope at a glance, and Floor Plan View for the top-down measured layout. The Floor Plan View sits in the corner of every Inside-View pano so the owner always knows where they are, with a marker and direction.
What gets handed to the owner
A private share link, a measured PDF floor plan, and a short PDF that explains how to navigate the tour from a phone or laptop. We hand the package to you and you brand it as part of your owner handoff.
Frequently asked questions
How is this different from pre-drywall scanning?
Pre-drywall is for the people who build the house. As-built is for the person who lives in it. Same technology, different timing, different audience. Many of our builders book both — pre-drywall for the warranty file, as-built for the owner package.
How long until I get the deliverables?
As little as 48 hours for the tour on our Standard and Premium packages; the measured floor plan follows shortly after.
Can the homeowner host the scan themselves long-term?
Yes. After the 12-month included period, the owner can renew hosting directly with us at homeowner-friendly pricing, or export a static copy for offline reference.
